Meet the two Melissas.
Melissa Stocks from Peru and Melissa Aldaba from Mexico brought together their backgrounds in hospitality, specialty coffee, marketing and gelato making to create something special for Moab.
Today, Meli’s is a place where locals and travelers can slow down, connect and enjoy food made with real care.
We moved to Moab a few weeks ago and we love a good local homemade ice cream/gelato. South Florida had A LOT of gelato places, but this easily beats out any of the places back home. The peanut butter flavor is crazy good and we love that the flavors are all made with natural ingredients and colors. Is definitely our spot already!
We had some amazing affogato and gelato here! Sweet little cafe tucked away and nice and quiet. Friendly family atmosphere!

Very nice ice cream shop! I tried their ice matcha with oatmilk. My child had their chocolate and dragonfruit Gelato. The service was so friendly and the facility is very clean. I also liked that they have benches outside to enjoy your ice cream. Next time we visit Moab we are definitely coming back!
